Vintage / Antique Thomas SEVRES Bavaria 8.5" Display Dessert Plate Gold Rim Pastel ROSES *** This beautiful hand-painted plate dates sometime between 1908 and 1939, according to the backstamp. With a diameter of 8.5" and standing about 1" tall, this plate has a pale green background, is gold-rimmed, and features 3 hand painted pink roses with green and gray leaves. The back is marked Thomas SEVRES Bavaria. In gently used condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. Back side has a little bit of dark glaze that inadvertently got on it before the piece was fired (see final photo). Please examine all photos closely, as they are part of the description.
