This listing is for a beautiful, antique, 13 piece set of Thomas Bavaria Bird of Paradise Bowls, Platter, & Serving Bowl. There are 11 bowls (approx. 8" round), one platter (15 × 10), and one serving bowl (9" round - 10" handle to handle). All pieces are in excellent, like new, used condition. There are no chips or cracks. The design is beautiful with a cream colored rim, floral design on the rim and center, and a beautiful, colorful bird in the center. Each dish has gold trim around it. The serving bowl handles are also gold painted. The marking on the bottom is from 1908-1939. Also marked Patent Applied for. This is a very elegant set of china.
